We sell collectible comics, graphic novels, and related items. Product listings include details such as title, issue number, publisher, year, and condition grade.

Condition grades are provided as a guide to help you assess the item. Where a comic has been professionally graded by a third-party service (e.g. CGC, CBCS), this will be clearly stated in the listing. All other grades are the seller's own estimate and have not been independently verified. By placing an order, you acknowledge that seller-estimated grades are subjective and may differ from your own assessment.

Product images are provided where available. Where no image is shown, a placeholder will be displayed. We make every effort to describe items accurately, but minor variations in colour or condition may occur.

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Payment is processed securely through a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s). We may decline or cancel an order if the item is no longer available, there is a pricing error, or we are unable to verify your payment.

You will receive an email confirming your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order.

You may create an account to manage your orders and save your details. You may also check out as a guest without creating an account.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Our returns policy is set out in full on our Shipping, Dispatch & Returns page. In summary:

• Damaged or lost items: Contact us as soon as possible. All orders are shipped with insurance and you are fully covered.
• Change of mind: You have 14 days from delivery to notify us, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or any purchase.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
